important! Submit a dispute immediately upon discovering the issue, otherwise you may face the risk of product warranty expiration even if we do not contact

Please note: If the account is valid during verification and we have notified you, but the account is blocked after logging in, no refund or product replacement 

will be provided.

If you need to replace certain products, video recording is required from the moment of payment

Exchange and refund process:

Product replacement should be carried out within 12 hours.

If a similar product cannot be replaced, a refund can be issued.

The commission for executing service refunds may exceed 1% and will be taken into account during the transfer process.

The refund will be returned to your personal account within 48 hours.
